Shipping and payment

Delivery

We usually ship with Estonian Post or Latvian Post depending on warehouses stock. Depending on the destination we can choose another company of equivalent quality to ship you purchase. We provide a tracking number for all shipments, you can find it on the order information page of the website.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout process depending on your order and destination address.

Local pickup

We provide local pickup free of charge in Rīga, Latvia. After placing your order, and selecting delivery type "Local pickup" our courier will contact you to suggest meeting options. Our customers usually get their orders in the shopping center "Bernu pasaule" at Matīsa iela 25, Rīga.

PLEASE DO NOT COME TO PICKUP POINT WITHOUT CONTACTING THE COURIER.

Payment

You can pay by Visa or Mastercard. Also there are some additional payment methods available depending on the country of your residence.

In case of local pickup cash payment is available. Please prepare cash amount without change. Keep in mind that courier will have to get your personal details and signature in payment documents.
